In every effort to keep our clientele and tax professionals of the Ivy Accounting Group, LLC safe, we will be establishing and adhering to the following COVID-19 Safety Procedures and Protocols, in accordance with CDC guidelines:
- All persons entering the office space will be required to wear a face mask, covering your nose and mouth.
- We will be checking temperatures upon your arrival to our office as well as asking persons to sign-in as a means of contact recordation. If you are experiencing flu-like/cold symptoms, please stay home. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment for another time or set-up a virtual appointment/tax preparation for you.
- Clients are to remain in their vehicles until their scheduled appointment time. Please make contact with your preparer once you have arrived on site. We will alert you as to when you should enter the office space. There will be no seating or waiting in our reception area.
- We will be cleaning and sanitizing each office space after appointments to do our part in minimizing cross exposure.
